Supreme Cores, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin has recently made an acquisition of Ottawa Shellkore, of Ottawa, Illinois.  Supreme Cores, Inc. acquired the ownership of over 25 stock core boxes including 4 “Pig Mold” boxes and two additional pieces of machinery. Terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

Ottawa Shellkore has chosen to pursue other opportunities in the machining of castings to further service the foundry industry.

Supreme Cores, Inc. will add 16 new customers to its list of foundries that they supply sand cores and molds to in the foundry industry. The acquisition of Ottawa Shellkore should add an additional four or five employees to Supreme Cores, Inc. current list of 65 employees. Supreme Cores, Inc., headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, currently supplies over 125 foundries throughout the United States and Canada. They also have a three shift operation in South Carolina servicing an additional 30 customers, primarily in the Southeastern United States.
