CUSTOM SAND/RESIN BLENDING
In collaboration with MT Systems, Supreme Cores has implemented a sand and resin blending system in our SO2 department that lets us custom blend a variety of sands, additives, and precisely targeted resin content to meet customer requirements. The process is controlled by scannable QR codes. Available sands include silica, chromite, zircon, ceramecite, fused silica, 80 GFN, 35 GFN. Available additives include RTC, Veinseal 11250, Veniseal 14000, BIO, RIO, Spherox.
